ORANGE BABIES MONTESSORI PRE-SCHOOL is a registered Non-Profit Organization (reg. nr: 077-108-NPO), open to the children from New Jerusalem Children’s Home and the children from the surrounding communities. The children from the Home and some children of the surrounding communities need financial support for the payment of school fees and school uniforms in order to be able to attend our Pre-School. Some families live in challenging financial situations without jobs and the children from the Children’s Home depend on donors and sponsors. The Department of Social Development contributes towards some of the costs of the school, but the remainder of the funding needs to be raised via donations in cash and kind. Also salaries for the teachers need to be funded.
We wish to accommodate and help more children with parents who live in challenging financial situations and are appealing to people to commit to sponsoring a child for a year. By donating monthly an amount of R900 (South African Rand/ZAR), which is about Euro 65 and $82, you will enable one child to attend our school and to have a school uniform. A smaller or bigger amount is of cause also welcome, or once off donations, or donations in kind. The items needed by the school are listed on our wish list, which can be made available to you. Payment can be made EFT.
